1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and utilizing the services of Lumina Stage Productions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

Lumina Stage Productions provides event planning, technical production, and experiential brand activation services primarily in the Austin, Dallas, and Houston regions. All specific deliverables, including the execution of our proprietary Run-of-Show (ROS) matrix, will be detailed in a separate, customized Master Services Agreement (MSA) provided upon contract signing.

3. Intellectual Property

The concepts, stage designs, and proprietary methodologies (including the ROS matrix formatting) remain the intellectual property of Lumina Stage Productions unless explicitly transferred in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for flawless execution, Lumina Stage Productions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our planning services or website.
